My final animation assignment from second year. I decided to finally just try out 3D for an assignment. The rig really limited what I originally had in mind, but for the amount of time I spent on this (6-7 hours?) i’m happy enough with how it came out.
I used a free rig called Nico, from creativecrash.com. I just played around with the colours. Hopefully in the coming month i’ll invest in a computer that can run Maya so I can play around in it more.

Final painting assignment was to colour 4 storyboards. I decided to do a mix of my beat and storyboards because I found i didn’t have enough interesting boards to colour 4 of them. I had fun trying a more graphic approach on these ones! c;

We only worked on a small portion of the story (15-20). Our teacher was more concerned we understood the mechanics of a tv board rather then quantity.
Last character design assignment for the year! We had to revisit a previous character, revise them if we found necessary, and have them act out a 6 part sequence. The object was to have them find something, become guilty and not take it.

Beat boards for current storyboard assignment. I made them too dark, I had the screen set too high. LESSON LEARNED.
We had to model our own hand in Maya. We used UV mapping to colour it.
I WISH I HAD MORE TIME, I SWEAR MY HAND DOESNT LOOK THAT BLOCKY IN REAL LIFE.
I inked some rocks in flash. I imported it to photoshop and I picked some whacky colours and tried to be hip and graphiky with my colours. I got lazy and ended up using the brush tool in some areas. Overall I don’t care, you can’t stop me. I also left a white spot on the inks. Imma rebel.
Boards I did for a storyboard group project that we had earlier in the semester. I really enjoyed working on this, and seeing the finished result with all the group boards was amazing ;u; I was verse 11
